Beatmaker 3 is a very dope and fully featured app for production on the iPad. It has been one of the more popular apps (Beatmaker and Beatmaker 2) for a long while among beatmakers and producers.
You can sample, chop, edit, record audio, use plugins, add fx, and create full tracks with a touch based workflow.
